Macquarie 2100 held a very successful Workshop and AGM at Warren on Friday 18th October.
Guest on the day, well known holistic dentist from Sydney Dr Ron Erlich gave an educational and life changing presentation on how all things in our body are interrelated and how an imbalance in one area affects the whole body. Those present were told of the many benefits for improving our sleep, nutrition, mental state, spiritual and physical wellbeing.
During a paddock to plate lunch prepared by The Cocky’s Wife, Macquarie 2100 held their AGM. Congratulations to returning President Col Hamilton and committee members Helen Jeffery, James Hamilton, Kate Mildner, Kate Broughton, Bev Hamilton, John Kater and Sarah McCrae. A big welcome is extended to new committee members Claire Jenkins, Janita Kinsey, Mel Scolari, and Tony Van Lubek. Also a big thank you must go to outgoing members Rod Mildner, Rick Jeffery, and Lou and Tim Burns.
