Peter Debus,
from Principle Focus will highlight the need for “balance”
within your business to help withstand unexpected seasons or circumstances.
Isobel Knight,
from ProAGtive is a much sort after leader in her
field as a succession planning coach. She will teach us the why’s and how’s of
succession within the business in order to maintain a successful harmonious
family and business, well before the head of the family passes on.
Rod Knight,
from KLR Marketing will show us a very different
livestock marketing model, one which lets you work out your profit before you
even go to the market.
We are also pleased to reveal that we have added Erica Chesworth from the “Little Big Dairy Co” as our “Women In Ag” presenter. Erica will share her
experiences, and how passion and enthusiasm from young minds can bring
diversity strength and stability to their business. The Chesworth family are a
prime example of successfully “putting
together” everything that will be covered earlier in the day.
